But then again if you follow along with what the presenter, Albert Bartlett a Professor Emeritus of Physics at University of Colorado-Boulder, is saying, it’s quite easy to pay attention, because it is so compelling. A Mathematics Lecture that dispels any myths out there about “Peak Oil” and Resource Management. The dangers of a “growth” fanatical system, the effects of over zealous consumerism and how to change our perceptions about these and what we can do about conserving what we have for future generations. I will add that it is 60 minutes in length in total, as the lecture is broken up into parts because of YouTube limitations, but it is a broken hour out of your life that will change the way you look at the western world and consumerism.
